Service kits (STILL Original servicing kits)
These are complete maintenance packages prepared by STILL for each product line, containing all the components needed for a service, such as filter inserts, gaskets and brake fluid. Every kit consists exclusively of STILL Original products. Compared with buying each component separately, a service kit makes servicing simpler, quicker and more cost-effective, and avoids missing items once the technician has opened the truck. Kits suit companies with in-house technicians as well as scheduled maintenance and repair carried out by TCID.
Genuine filters
Fuel filters remove dirt particles from fuel and limit engine wear on diesel and LPG trucks. Air filters protect the combustion chamber from impurities, with optimised flow resistance for clean combustion and low emissions. Engine oil filters clean combustion residues, dust and soot from the lubrication circuit so that pistons, piston rings and cylinder liners receive enough oil. Hydraulic oil filters capture the solid particles created by abrasion, keeping the lifting system stable and the truck available.
Tyres, wheels and rollers
Wheels, rollers and tyres must perform on uneven floors, under the weight of truck and load, and under braking and acceleration forces. Genuine STILL tyres reduce wear on moving components and keep tip stability and handling high. STILL super-elastic tyres are multi-layer solid tyres made of a special rubber compound, not air-filled, fully puncture-proof and maintenance-free, and they can also be fitted on pneumatic tyre rims.
Forks
Forks are the link between truck and load and take enormous stress every day. STILL Original forks offer outstanding welding quality for stability, narrow dimensional tolerances for good guidance, and galvanised, durable locking mechanisms. STILL also offers forks with a special non-slip coating: it stops loads slipping, reduces damage to goods, lowers noise when picking up loads, increases abrasion resistance of the forks, adds signal colour for visibility and is available in an electrically conductive version. The coating can be retrofitted on site.
Brake pads, seats and electronic components
Brake pads and other braking parts should be replaced with the correct part number to keep braking distances as designed. STILL Original driver’s seats are available in several versions with many equipment options. Electronic components and controllers come directly from STILL to match the truck’s software and diagnostics.
Batteries, chargers and safety accessories

Which STILL trucks are supported

How to order parts from TCID
- Send truck details: the model (for example STILL RX 20) and the serial number on the truck’s type plate. A photo of the plate is ideal.
- Describe the part: name, position on the truck, a photo of the old part or the part number if you have it.
- TCID looks up the part: our technicians match the correct part number to the truck configuration and suggest related items worth replacing at the same time (gaskets, seals, a service kit).
- Quote and confirmation: TCID sends a quote and supply information for each part number at the time of ordering.
- Delivery or fitting: install the part yourself or have a TCID technician fit it and test the truck afterwards.

Where do I find the serial number of a STILL forklift?
The serial number is on the manufacturer’s type plate on the truck body, usually near the operator’s position. A clear photo of the plate is the fastest way for TCID to identify the correct part.
How long does it take to get a part?
It depends on the part number. Some frequently replaced parts may be available sooner, others must be ordered from the factory. TCID confirms supply details for each part number in the quote.
Can we fit a service kit ourselves?
Yes. STILL designs the kits so users can carry out servicing independently. If your technicians are new to the truck range, TCID can do the work or provide guidance.
Can I order genuine parts for a used STILL truck?
