1. Orders
Online orders apply only to products with a listed price. Forklifts and configured equipment are sold by quotation and separate contract.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are in VND. Payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD) depending on the order. VAT invoices are issued with the tax ID you provide.
3. Delivery
Delivery time and cost are confirmed by phone after ordering.
4. Returns & warranty
According to each product’s warranty terms stated on the warranty card/contract.
