It navigates with maximum precision in both the pre-loading zone and the truck trailer, eliminating the need for stationary safety solutions or other external infrastructure at the loading dock. The solution can be seamlessly integrated into existing WMS or storage and retrieval systems - thus harmonising inbound and outbound cycles, increasing process reliability, and enabling the loading of up to 30 pallets (with two AGVs in double play) in approximately 35 minutes.

Smart obstacle handling

Multiple cameras ensure efficient and safe obstacle avoidance in busy environments with mixed traffic of pedestrians, manual trucks and AGVs.

Cameras capture the surroundings and identify distinctive features such as corners, edges and entire objects. Using an algorithm, the AXL iGo then determines its position and orientation in relation to its surroundings.

3D Visual SLAM technology enables fast set-up and smooth navigation, with no need to adjust the infrastructure. The LiDAR scanner-based navigation inside the trailer provides high accuracy and flexibility.
